Welcome Duke's Maui

T S Restaurants, operators of The Hula Grill, Leilani’s on the Beach, and Kimo’s in Lahaina, will operate Duke’s Maui, providing fine food and refreshments to guests in the restaurant and at the pool.

As well, they will provide room service for owners and guests in both condominium towers. The restaurant will offer approximately 7,500 square feet of open-air, old-Hawaiian style dining with over 2,000 square feet of outdoor dining and bar space. As a tribute to legendary surfer, Duke Kahanamoku, the inside décor is planned as authentic vintage Hawaiiana, featuring lots of memorabilia – surfboards, old photos, koa outrigger canoes and more.

Duke’s Maui will follow in the tradition of the other Duke’s Restaurants in Waikiki, Malibu and Huntington Beach, California, offering leisurely upscale dining with a casual menu of the freshest island fish, prime steaks, seasonal produce and local flavors.
